The awards banquet and general membership meeting will be held on February 13, 2010
It will be held at the FSC Financial Building in Sedalia, Missouri.
General Audit will start at 2:00pm
Executive Board meeting at 2:30
Open General membership meeting at 3:30
Dinner starts at 5:00
Awards Presentation at 5:30

We are scheduling these event for early in the day so those needing to travel some distance can get an early start home.

Cost for the dinner is $15.00. Dinner will be catered by Suzi's Catering same as last year.
The cost per ticket is slightly more than we are being charged.  Any profit will be donated to the youth club. Please send checks to Paula Diehl, Treasurer PEAM 3420 SW Pryor Rd, Lees Summit, Mo 64082.  Your check is your reservation.
The FSC Financial Building is located at 2600 South Limit in Sedalia, Mo. Directions:
The FSC Bldg is approximately 2 to 2 and a half miles south of the intersection of Missouri 50 Highway and MIssouri 65 Highway.  It is on the west side of the road. The Banquet room is on the lower level.  Parking is on the west side of the building.
